The clients sought a home that accommodated these passions, and Este Alomar promises to be exactly that. This luxurious estate boasts an expansive 9,225 square feet of living space on a sprawling 12-acre property. It features a five-bedroom, six-bathroom main house with a two-car garage, plus a detached one-bedroom, one-bathroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) with its own two-car garage.

Perched on a beautiful Carmel Valley hill, the house is designed to take full advantage of its picturesque surroundings. Twenty-foot ceilings soar overhead in the Great Room, an entertainment-friendly space combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A curved metal roof on a steel frame crowns this grand area, while expansive glass walls bathe the interior in natural light and showcase the breathtaking panoramic views outside. A steel and glass wall with stacking slider doors creates a seamless flow between the interiors and outdoors. The ADU echoes the main house’s design with its own curved roof, creating a cohesive aesthetic across the property.
